An appointment is required for all clients. Rooted Electrolysis specializes in permanent hair removal of the face and upper body. Electrolysis services are scheduled according to the length of treatment time required to achieve the client's desired results. This will vary from person to person based on many factors, such as the treatment area, density of hair, and the client's pain tolerance. Clearance is not guaranteed within any specific appointment duration. Rooted does not service peach fuzz.

Rooted Electrolysis offers Blend and Galvanic modalities.

NOTE: the treatment table has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs to ensure safety and comfort.

By purchasing an electrolysis package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • All packages are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase.

  • Unused sessions expire after the 12-month period and cannot be extended.

  • Appointment lengths are fixed and cannot be shortened or extended.

  • Package time may not be split between multiple clients or shared.

  • Time cannot be combined or rolled over.

  • Purchasing a package does not guarantee permanent results within a specific number of sessions.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Standard cancellation policy applies to all package sessions.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in one session being deducted from the package.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full session will still be deducted.

Pricing & Rate Changes

  • Package pricing is locked in at the time of purchase and is not affected by future rate increases.

  • Packages cannot be retroactively applied to currently booked or previously completed appointments.
