Booking & Cancellation Policies
Consultation Policy
A consultation is required for all new clients. Consultations are complimentary but must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty fees. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Failure to cancel or reschedule your consultation will result in a $50 charge. Please be mindful of our time, as ample time is set aside for your consultation to ensure your questions and concerns are addressed to make an informed decision before receiving electrolysis treatment.
Late Cancellations
At least 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booked services provided by Rooted without being charged a late cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or no-show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment.
Prepaid, last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or applied to future appointments.
Clients who no-show will be banned from booking future appointments.
Credit Card on File
To streamline our appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we require a credit card on file to secure and confirm your booking. This measure helps us maintain an organized schedule and reduces no-shows or last-minute cancellations. No credit card on file = no booking. By booking any appointment with Rooted, you fully agree to this policy.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service and confirms your commitment to the scheduled appointment time.
The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Deposit fees:
$25 for appointments 30 minutes.
$50 for appointments 45 minutes to 60 minutes
$75 for appointments 75 minutes or more
Full payment is required for appointments less than 30 minutes
If you choose to end your appointment early due to discomfort or any other reason, here is how payment will be handled:
If you’ve prepaid for your session in full, you will be refunded the unused portion, minus either:
The required deposit for the original appointment length, or
Charged for the actual time used in 15-minute increments (whichever is greater).
This helps cover the time reserved and keeps things fair on both sides.
Running Late?
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know ASAP, via phone call or text. Clients arriving late to their appointments will not be extended beyond their scheduled time slot. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure we can accommodate all clients efficiently, we must adhere to our scheduled appointment times.
Additionally, please note that full payment for your appointment is still required.
Other Policies
Guests, children, and pets are not allowed at appointments due to limited space and to minimize disruptions.
We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold, flu, or other upper respiratory symptoms to prevent infecting others.
Your appointment will be canceled if you arrive noticeably ill and your deposit will be forfeited.
